Pricing/Rates:

 

Prices quoted on a project basis. 

 

Each project has specific considerations that can affect final cost. After consultation and completion of the design brief you will be given an outline of total costs. Most projects can be done on a fixed project cost, as opposed to hourly, so that you know exactly what to expect. If at any time during a project the client makes additional requests and/or changes beyond the initial scope of the project that will result in additional costs they will be notified in advance and explicit approval will be required to move forward. I strive to give you my best work at a reasonable price. I value your business and hope that you will in turn value my skills and professionalism.

 

Payment terms for all projects are as follows:

 

DEPOSIT:

Upon acceptance of a job proposal clients are billed for a 50% deposit of the expected job total. Initial work will not begin until payment is made.

 

BALANCE: 

Balance of project will be billed upon completion and acceptance of final art by client. Payment is expected within 3 days of release of final art files.

 

NOTE:

All art remains the property of Design & Marketing Solutions (D&MS) until payment has been made in full. D&MS reserves the right to use any art created for a client as part of its promotion and advertising unless a prior agreement has been reached.
